Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice is celebrating the continued success of its Recycle Your Christmas Tree campaign, which returned for its eighth consecutive year and raised £46,088 to support local children and families. 

• E.ON has signed the national Fertility Support Pledge, backing cross‑party efforts to improve workplace rights for anyone undergoing fertility treatment.
• The commitment aligns with the Fertility Treatment (Right to Time Off) Bill, introduced by Alice Macdonald MP, which calls for statutory paid leave for fertility appointments.
• E.ON already provides industry‑leading fertility support, including unlimited paid fertility leave, flexible working, manager training and peer‑led networks such as the Fertility Forum.

• Customers can fix energy prices for longer as E.ON Next reprices its Next Fixed 24-month tariff.
• The tariff will save customers £100, on average, against the current energy price cap.

E.ON has partnered with the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) to offer courses in first aid through its Net Zero Training Academy.

• E.ON Next has lowered the price of its Next Drive Smart and Next Drive Fixed EV tariffs.
• Tariffs will save customers, on average, £509 and £485 respectively against the Energy Price Cap when charging their car off-peak.

E.ON Next, the energy supplier and sustainable solutions provider, has hosted a ‘Kids in Sport’ event for students in Inverclyde today (30 January 2026), aiming to inspire children to consider a future career within sports and its supporting industries.

Peel Ports Group and E.ON have celebrated a significant milestone at the Port of Liverpool by successfully generating the first power from the new solar panels on the new nearly 260,000 square foot Alexandra Dock warehouse, part of a major sustainability programme at the Port and the creation of the UK’s largest roof-mounted solar array.
