PRICE ALERT: E.ON Next undercuts April price cap by £98 with Next Fixed 14m

  • The typical household could save £98 against the new Energy Price Cap (for Apr-Jun 2026) with E.ON Next Fixed 14m.
  • Ofgem has announced the price cap will decrease by £117, from £1,758 (Jan - Apr 2026) to £1,641 (Apr - June 2026).

Tariff detail:

Next Fixed 14m v13 is priced at £1,543 for a typical household using gas and electricity, with a £50 per fuel exit fee.

This is currently the cheapest* product available from the major suppliers.

The tariff offers savings of £98 against the new energy price cap, which is set at £1,641 for a typical household between 1 April and 30 June.

Customers who make the switch now could save £215 against the current energy price cap, which was set at £1,758 between 1 January and 31 March.

In addition, E.ON Next has confirmed it will pass on every penny of savings announced by the government last Autumn to its customers. From 1 April, E.ON Next customers on a fixed or variable tariff will automatically see their energy bills come down.
