Celebrating 10 Years in the UK’s Top 50 Inclusive Employers

We’re proud to share that E.ON has been ranked 6th in the 2025/26 Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List, marking our tenth consecutive year in the Top 50.

In November 2025, we stood proud as E.ON was ranked 6th in the 2025/26 Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List (IT50), which is a milestone made even more meaningful as it marks our tenth consecutive year being recognised among the UK’s most inclusive workplaces.

This incredible achievement reflects not only the strength of our inclusion ambitions but the everyday culture that has been, and will continue to be, shaped by our people. Thank you to everyone whose dedication and commitment helped us reach this ranking.

What’s the award about?

Compiled by Inclusive Companies, the IT50 acknowledges and ranks organisations that demonstrate consistent, organisation-wide commitment to inclusion, embracing all forms of diversity.

Now in its tenth year, the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List is the definitive cross-industry index celebrating best practice and innovation with the goal of driving inclusion for all. The IT50 List showcases the 50 most inclusive employers in the UK, selected by a dedicated panel of judges based on performance across all strands of diversity — including gender, disability, age, LGBTQ+, race, faith and religion.

Paul Sesay, Founder and CEO of Inclusive Companies, said: “Every year, the standard rises as organisations demonstrate ever-stronger evidence of their commitment to truly inclusive cultures. The IT50 List celebrates employers who go beyond initiatives and policies, and instead embed diversity and inclusion into the fabric of how they operate. Our judges look for consistency, authenticity and long-term impact, and this year’s entries show just how many organisations are investing in meaningful, sustainable change.”

Becky Percy, Diversity & Inclusion Lead at E.ON said; “Being recognised for the tenth-year running is incredibly special. It reflects the everyday actions of colleagues who champion inclusion, challenge inequality and make E.ON a place where people genuinely feel they belong. Our work doesn’t stop here, but this ranking shows the meaningful, and continual, progress we’re making together every year.”
