E.ON wins Fertility Friendly Employer of the Year 2025
E.ON has been named Fertility Friendly Employer of the Year 2025 by Fertility Matters at Work, recognising our commitment to inclusive, holistic fertility support for colleagues.
We’re incredibly proud to share that E.ON has been named Fertility Friendly Employer of the Year 2025 by Fertility Matters at Work — a recognition that celebrates organisations taking a truly holistic approach to fertility support and inclusion.
This prestigious award highlights the trailblazing employers embedding fertility inclusion into every aspect of workplace culture, from inclusive policies to compassionate leadership. It recognises workplaces that lead the way in supporting all paths to parenthood, with clear support pathways, accessible resources, and a psychologically safe environment where everyone is supported.
The judging panel praised E.ON’s approach, saying: “The training provided is impressively thorough. Unlimited unpaid leave from day one is incredible. Their fertility guidance is a wonderful document with exceptional resources provided to staff and their commitment to supporting all employees on their fertility journey really shines through.”
This award follows our Fertility Friendly Employer accreditation, achieved last year also in partnership with Fertility Matters at Work. Through this initiative, we’ve strengthened our support for colleagues navigating fertility challenges, offering guidance for employees and managers, signposting to resources, and ensuring compassionate flexibility through policies like unlimited unpaid leave from day one.
Rebecca Percy, Diversity & Inclusion Lead at E.ON UK, said: “We’re delighted to be recognised as Fertility Friendly Employer of the Year. This award is a testament to the care, empathy and openness our colleagues and leaders show every day. Fertility can be a deeply personal and often challenging journey, and it’s vital that we create a workplace where people feel safe, supported and understood, whatever their path to parenthood looks like. I’m proud that E.ON continues to lead the way in building an inclusive culture that truly supports everyone.”
This recognition reflects our continued commitment to inclusion and wellbeing, ensuring that every colleague feels valued, respected and supported throughout all stages of life.
