E.ON shortlisted for Investing in Ethnicity Impact Award

E.ON has been shortlisted for the Impact Award, recognising organisations that are making a measurable difference in advancing ethnic inclusion and belonging.

New for 2026, the award celebrates organisations whose work has created meaningful, lasting change for diverse ethnic communities, both within the workplace and beyond.

The nomination reflects E.ON's ongoing commitment to building a workplace where everyone feels they belong and bring their full selves to work. By creating a more inclusive culture, we're strengthening the diverse perspectives, skills and experiences that help us better serve our customers and communities.

As we continue to drive the UK's energy transition, our people remain at the heart of our success. A diverse and inclusive workforce is essential to delivering innovative solutions, supporting our customers through change and building a greener, fairer energy future.

Becky Percy, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at E.ON UK, said: Being recognised for the impact of our inclusion work is something we're incredibly proud of because it reflects the difference our people are making across the business. Creating meaningful change isn't something one team delivers alone – it's something we build together, every day. As we help lead the energy transition, we need people with different perspectives around the table because that's how we'll make better decisions for our customers, our communities and each other.”

Powering future progress

The nomination comes as E.ON continues to build on the commitments set out in the latest Inclusion Report, which highlights the progress made to date while recognising there is still more to do.

As we continue to listen, learn and take meaningful action, we'll keep working to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute—helping us build a greener, more inclusive future together.
