E.ON discusses ‘Powering Belonging’ on the Purpose Coalition Podcast

In a new Purpose Coalition podcast, E.ON colleagues share how creating a culture of belonging is helping drive inclusion, collaboration and progress across the organisation.

E.ON has been featured in a new episode of the Leading With Purpose Podcast from The Purpose Coalition, highlighting how the company is embedding inclusion and belonging across its workforce and culture.

In the latest episode, ‘Powering Belonging at E.ON UK’, host Justine Greening is joined by Rebecca Percy, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, and Liz Warbrick, Employee Value Proposition and Inclusion Consultant, to discuss how belonging can drive both organisational performance and the wider energy transition.

The conversation explores how E.ON is translating its inclusion ambitions into practical action across the business. Topics include how leadership and decision-making are shaped by inclusive principles, the role of colleague networks in supporting innovation and support, and how opportunities are being created for people at every stage of their careers.

Inclusion powering progress

The discussion builds on E.ON’s wider work to create a workplace where everyone can feel valued and supported.

In its latest Powering Belonging Inclusion Report, E.ON outlined how inclusion is being embedded into everyday practice across the organisation — from career pathways and apprenticeships to policies designed to support colleagues through different life stages.

E.ON believes that creating an environment where people feel they belong is fundamental not only to colleague wellbeing, but also to delivering better outcomes for customers and communities as the UK moves towards a cleaner and more affordable energy future.
